Who is Copilot intended for?

How long does it take to setup?

Setup usually takes about 10 minutes. After the initial setup, there are infinite possibilities for customizations and automations, so more time may be needed depending on your requirements.

How does pricing work?

We have 4 plans — Starter, Professional, Advanced, and Supersonic. Starter, Professional, and Advanced each have a per-internal-user fee. This means that as your business grows and you invite more team members, the total cost increases. Supersonic comes with 20 seats included and a reduced rate for additional seats.

How many users can you have?

With Copilot, there are internal users (your team members) and client users. At this time, we can support up to 100 internal users and 10,000 client users. For larger teams, you can use our Client Access feature to assign team members to clients, so that you can stay organized.

How secure is Copilot?

How should one think about Copilot vs. a fully custom solution?

Copilot is designed for extendability, with a powerful API, SDK, customization, and support for Custom Apps. Many of our customers build a completely custom web application and bring it into their portal, rather than build everything from scratch.

What happens after my trial ends?

If your free trial runs out and you haven't yet picked a plan, you will not be able to fully use Copilot and invite new clients. After login, you will be prompted to choose a plan. Your account may also be deleted 30 days after your trial runs out.

Can I update my plan anytime?

Absolutely, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Can I cancel my account at anytime?

Yes, if you ever decide that Copilot isn’t the best platform for your business, you can cancel your subscription from your settings.

Do you offer any discounts?

Our annual plans are less expensive than our monthly plans. In addition, we have a 20% discount for nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact our team to get set up with a nonprofit or education discount.

Do you support custom domains?

Yes, we support custom domain on Professional, Advanced, and Supersonic plans.

When you first set up your portal you will receive a URL that looks like <businessName>.copilot.app. If your current website is janedoe.com, after you add a custom domain you can have your portal on portal.janedoe.com. The subdomain "portal" can also be customized to any other word.

In addition, you can set up a custom email domain so that when clients receive email notifications, the sender is your domain.

Can you build a Custom App for us?

Custom Apps can be built by anyone. If you need external help with a Custom App, we can introduce your to a partner agency that is familiar with our API. Please get in touch with our team to discuss.
